Sharlene Ann "Sparky" Skates died June 25, 2024.

She was born July 9, 1933, in Great Falls. She spent her childhood in Billings, and attended high school in Sheridan, Wy. She attended Carroll College and graduated from the Sisters of Charity School of Nursing in 1954. She practiced as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent hospital for 43 years, retiring in 1997.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Venus H. and Roy A. “Jack” skates of Billings.

Cremation has taken place with burial in holy Cross Cemetery.
